Ingredients
Scale
2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
4 ounces Boursin cheese (garlic & herb flavor)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried dill
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried dill, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
Spread the Boursin cheese generously over the top of each salmon fillet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a crispy topping, broil the salmon for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
Serve with steamed vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
