- 1/4 cup mixed nuts (such as walnuts, pecans, and almonds), roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- 1 French baguette or crackers, for serving
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the Brie cheese on a baking dish or a small oven-safe skillet.
- Drizzle the honey evenly over the top of the Brie.
- Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the honey, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
- If using, add the fresh rosemary and cinnamon on top of the nuts for extra flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the Brie is soft and gooey.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
- Serve warm with slices of French baguette or your choice of crackers.
Notes
- For a sweeter twist, add a sprinkle of dried cranberries or figs on top of the nuts before baking.
- Experiment with different types of cheese, such as Camembert or goat cheese, for a unique flavor profile.
