Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces Brie cheese
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup mixed nuts (such as walnuts, pecans, and almonds), roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 French baguette or crackers, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the Brie cheese on a baking dish or a small oven-safe skillet.
  3. Drizzle the honey evenly over the top of the Brie.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the honey, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
  5. If using, add the fresh rosemary and cinnamon on top of the nuts for extra flavor.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the Brie is soft and gooey.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
  8. Serve warm with slices of French baguette or your choice of crackers.

Notes

  • For a sweeter twist, add a sprinkle of dried cranberries or figs on top of the nuts before baking.
  • Experiment with different types of cheese, such as Camembert or goat cheese, for a unique flavor profile.
