Honey Garlic Turkey Meatballs are a flavorful and healthy dish made with ground turkey, breadcrumbs, and a delicious honey garlic sauce.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
  3. Using your hands, form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, prepare the honey garlic sauce. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
  6. Once the meatballs are done, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the meatballs and toss gently to coat.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a teaspoon of sriracha to the honey garlic sauce.
  • Serve the meatballs over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
