  • 8 ounces uncooked spaghetti
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup bell pepper, diced (any color)
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella balls, halved
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, black olives, mozzarella balls, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the Italian dressing, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
