- 8 ounces uncooked spaghetti
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup bell pepper, diced (any color)
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup mozzarella balls, halved
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, black olives, mozzarella balls, and Parmesan cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Italian dressing, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
