Ingredients
Scale
8 ounces of ramen noodles
1 pound of beef sirloin, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cups beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, honey, garlic powder, and ginger powder to create a marinade. Add the sliced beef and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in the heavy cream and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet, tossing to coat them in the creamy sauce.
Serve the ramen in bowls topped with grilled beef, chopped green onions, and sesame seeds.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add sliced jalapeños or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
You can also substitute the beef with grilled chicken or tofu for a different protein option.
