Ingredients
Scale
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked and crumbled sausage (like breakfast sausage)
1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
Tortilla chips (for serving)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled sausage, crumbled bacon, diced tomatoes with green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Serve warm with tortilla chips for dipping.
Notes
For a spicier dip, add diced jalapeños or a splash of hot sauce to the mixture.
You can substitute the sausage and bacon with shredded rotisserie chicken for a lighter version.
