Ingredients
Scale
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1 cup granola
1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
In serving glasses or bowls, layer the yogurt mixture, followed by a layer of granola, and then a layer of mixed berries. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
If using, sprinkle chia seeds over the top layer of berries for added texture and nutrition.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes for a chilled parfait.
Notes
For a tropical twist, substitute mixed berries with diced mango, pineapple, and shredded coconut.
Add a tablespoon of nut butter between layers for extra creaminess and flavor.
