Ingredients
  

  • 2 6-ounce salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes adjust to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, lime juice, honey, fish sauce, cilantro, and chili flakes. Pour half of the sauce over the salmon fillets.
  4. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Remove the salmon from the oven and drizzle the remaining sauce over the top before serving.
  6. Serve the salmon with steamed rice or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
