Preparation Steps

  3. Prepare Vegetables: Slice cucumbers and bell peppers, grate the carrots, and chop green onions, cilantro, and mint.
  4. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix cooled rice noodles, sliced vegetables, and herbs. Add the dressing and toss gently.
