Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C) to ensure it's hot.
  2. Thinly slice the chicken breasts into fillets and season with salt, pepper, and garlic.
  3. Mix cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth, then add the rest of the sauce ingredients.
  4. Spread the creamy sauce over the chicken fillets and add sun-dried tomatoes.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for about 20 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
  6. Stir in spinach and top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  7. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is golden.
  8. Allow to rest for a few moments before serving.
