  2. Cook the Noodles: Bring water to a boil, add egg noodles, and cook until al dente (3-5 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. Sauté the Broccoli: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté broccoli for 2-3 minutes until bright green and tender. Remove and set aside.
  4. Stir-Fry the Beef: In the same skillet, add marinated beef. Cook for 1-2 minutes until crust forms, then stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Add Aromatics: Stir in minced garlic and ginger. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Combine the Ingredients: Add broccoli back to the skillet, include drained noodles and beef broth or water. Mix gently and drizzle sesame oil.
