Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Using a hand mixer or a whisk, whip the mixture until it forms soft peaks. This should take about 3-5 minutes. Be careful not to overwhip, as it can turn into butter.
  3. Once whipped, taste the foam and adjust sweetness if desired by adding more brown sugar.
  4. Serve immediately by spooning the cold foam over your favorite iced coffee or cold brew.
