Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 can 8 ounces refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the diced onion until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Add ground beef, salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in both cheeses until melted and well combined.
  6. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  7. Place a generous spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  8. Roll the dough around the filling, starting from the wide end and tucking in the sides as you roll.
  9. Place the rolled bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  11. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
