  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Pat dry the chicken fillets with paper towels and season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add seasoned chicken fillets and sear for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish, pour marinara sauce over the chicken, and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 18-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
