- Prepare Yeast Mixture: In a small bowl, combine warm milk with active dry yeast. Let sit until frothy, about 5 minutes.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, salt, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Combine Ingredients: Pour the yeast mixture and melted butter into the dry ingredients, stir until a shaggy dough forms.
