In a small bowl, mix the ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle this spice mixture over the nachos.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes.
Top with diced avocado, sour cream, and chopped cilantro before serving.
