Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll your chilled puff pastry onto a lightly floured surface, smoothing out any creases.
  3. Spread the softened cream cheese evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a small border.
  4. Sprinkle cranberry sauce or chopped dried cranberries, crumbled feta, and chopped fresh herbs on top.
  5. Roll the puff pastry tightly from one long edge to form a log shape.
  6. Slice the rolled pastry into 1-inch pieces and place cut side up on the baking sheet.
  7. Whisk together the egg and water for the egg wash; brush over the tops of the pinwheels.
  8. Bake for 18–22 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm, garnished with additional herbs if desired.
