Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease your springform pan.
  2. Combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl, then press into the pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla.
  4. Pour filling over crust and bake for about 60 minutes until the edges are set.
  5. Cool in the oven with the door ajar for 1 hour, then let cool at room temperature.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Cook blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan for 5–7 minutes until thickened.
  8. Cool blueberry topping and spread over cheesecake. Serve with whipped cream.
