Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil a large pot of salted water. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes on each side. Remove and let rest before cutting.
  3. In the same skillet, lower the heat and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add lemon juice and zest to the skillet, simmer for 1-2 minutes, then season with salt and pepper. Add chicken back into the skillet to coat.
  5. Add drained spaghetti to the skillet, toss everything until pasta is coated in sauce. Add reserved pasta water if needed.
  6. Serve with burrata on top, allowing it to melt into the spaghetti, and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
