Step-by-Step Instructions for Creamy Steak Bites Recipe
  1. Trim the steak into small, even cubes, around 1-inch in size. Season generously with salt and pepper and let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil, and once shimmering, add the steak bites in a single layer. Sear for 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
  3. Lower the heat and add butter to the skillet. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Gradually stir in heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
