Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. This will help the wings get crispy.
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, oregano, and thyme until evenly coated.
Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
While the wings are baking, prepare the sauce by whisking together hot sauce, melted butter, and honey in a small bowl.
Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and toss them in the sauce until well coated. Return the wings to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to set the sauce.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces and celery sticks.
