Method
 

Dough Preparation
  1. Gently warm the whole milk until just warm to the touch. Combine with active dry yeast and granulated sugar, allow to sit until frothy.
  2. Incorporate flour, salt, and melted unsalted butter, stirring until a rough dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Let it rise in a greased bowl until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Filling Preparation
  1. Mix crushed Oreo cookies, ground cinnamon, and brown sugar in a bowl until well incorporated.
Assembly and Baking
  1. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread the Oreo filling evenly over it.
  2. Roll the dough into a tight log and slice into 12 equal pieces. Place in a greased baking pan.
  3. Cover and let rolls rise for 15-20 minutes until puffed. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
