Dough Preparation
- Gently warm the whole milk until just warm to the touch. Combine with active dry yeast and granulated sugar, allow to sit until frothy.
- Incorporate flour, salt, and melted unsalted butter, stirring until a rough dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Let it rise in a greased bowl until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Filling Preparation
- Mix crushed Oreo cookies, ground cinnamon, and brown sugar in a bowl until well incorporated.
Assembly and Baking
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread the Oreo filling evenly over it.
- Roll the dough into a tight log and slice into 12 equal pieces. Place in a greased baking pan.
- Cover and let rolls rise for 15-20 minutes until puffed. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare the frosting by beating cream cheese, unsalted butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until creamy.
- Drizzle the frosting over warm rolls and serve.

Notes
For the best experience, frost the rolls while warm so the frosting soaks in beautifully.
