  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning homemade or store-bought
  • ¼ cup Cooked White Rice or brown rice or quinoa
  • ½ cup Sour Cream or Greek yogurt or dairy-free options
  • 1 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce or any cheese sauce you love
  • 2 tablespoons Chipotle Sauce or omit for milder flavor
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese or mozzarella for mixing
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese optional but recommended
For the Wrap
  • 4 pieces Flour Tortillas or whole wheat or corn tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon Butter/Oil for grilling

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Cook the Beef: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook for 8-10 minutes until browned. Drain fat, add taco seasoning and ¼ cup of water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Warm the Tortillas: Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave for 15-20 seconds until pliable.
  3. Assemble the Burrito: Spread cooked rice in the center of each tortilla, add beef mixture, drizzle nacho cheese, add chipotle sauce, sour cream, and sprinkle the cheeses.
  4. Grill the Burrito: Heat a non-stick skillet, add butter/oil, place burrito seam-side down. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden, flip and grill the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Serve and Enjoy: Remove from skillet, let rest for a minute, slice in half and serve with salsa or guacamole.
