- Cook the Beef: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook for 8-10 minutes until browned. Drain fat, add taco seasoning and ¼ cup of water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Warm the Tortillas: Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave for 15-20 seconds until pliable.
- Assemble the Burrito: Spread cooked rice in the center of each tortilla, add beef mixture, drizzle nacho cheese, add chipotle sauce, sour cream, and sprinkle the cheeses.
- Grill the Burrito: Heat a non-stick skillet, add butter/oil, place burrito seam-side down. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden, flip and grill the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
- Serve and Enjoy: Remove from skillet, let rest for a minute, slice in half and serve with salsa or guacamole.
