Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces cheese tortellini
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Method
 

  1. Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and Italian seasoning, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Toss the cooked tortellini into the skillet with the beef and spinach mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well to combine and heat through.
  6. Serve immediately, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
