- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Gather your ingredients and utensils.
- Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise. Place them shell side down on a baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted unsalted butter, minced garlic, parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the top of the lobster tails, reserving some for a final coat.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes until the meat is opaque and flakes easily.
- Remove from the oven and optionally brush with reserved garlic butter. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
