Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Gather your ingredients and utensils.
  2. Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise. Place them shell side down on a baking sheet.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine melted unsalted butter, minced garlic, parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the top of the lobster tails, reserving some for a final coat.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes until the meat is opaque and flakes easily.
  6. Remove from the oven and optionally brush with reserved garlic butter. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
