In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and Caesar dressing. Toss until the lettuce is well coated.
Divide the salad among four plates. Top each salad with sliced grilled chicken, croutons, Parmesan cheese, and a drizzle of fresh lemon juice.
