- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 4 eggs with 1 cup of milk or half-and-half, 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar until the mixture is smooth and slightly frothy.
- Slice each King’s Hawaiian roll in half and poke a few holes at the bottom of each half. Dip the rolls into the egg mixture, soaking for about 30 seconds on each side.
