Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
Using your hands, form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
While the meatballs are baking, prepare the honey garlic sauce. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
Once the meatballs are done, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the meatballs and toss gently to coat.
Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
