Method
- In a blender, combine the honeydew melon cubes and 1 cup of cold water. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the honeydew puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove any pulp.
- Add the fresh lemon juice and granulated sugar to the pitcher. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Pour in the remaining 3 cups of cold water and mix until combined. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve over ice cubes and garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves if desired.

Notes
- For a sparkling version, replace some of the cold water with sparkling water just before serving.
- Add a splash of coconut water for a tropical twist and extra hydration.
