Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Heat the Skillet: Preheat a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Brush a thin layer of canola oil.
  3. Toast the Buns: Add softened butter to the hot skillet and toast the buns until golden brown, 2-3 minutes.
  4. Sear the Patties: Season beef balls with salt and pepper. Place in hot skillet and cook for 1 minute.
