Method
- In a blender, combine the chopped peaches and 1 cup of cold water. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the peach puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove any pulp.
- Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar to the pitcher. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Pour in the remaining 3 cups of cold water and mix well.
- Taste the lemonade and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.
- Chill the peach lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

Notes
- For a sparkling twist, replace some of the cold water with club soda.
- You can also add a splash of vodka for an adult version.
- If fresh peaches are not available, you can use frozen peaches or peach nectar for convenience.
