- In a medium saucepan, combine the Prosecco, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Once simmering, reduce the heat to low and add the butter, stirring until melted and combined with the Prosecco mixture.
- Add the shrimp to the saucepan and gently poach them in the butter and Prosecco mixture for about 4-5 minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the lemon juice.
- Serve the shrimp warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
