Step-by-Step Instructions

  5. Fold in the raspberries carefully to maintain their shape.
  6. Beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  7. Pour batter into muffin tin, add cream cheese mixture in the center, and top with more batter.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
