Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces Brie cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup walnuts chopped (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • 1 French baguette sliced (for serving)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the Brie cheese on a baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
  4. Pour the garlic and herb mixture over the top of the Brie, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
  5. If using, sprinkle the chopped walnuts on top of the Brie.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and melty.
  7. Remove from the oven and drizzle with honey if desired.
  8. Serve warm with sliced baguette for dipping.
