Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine chicken thighs in a bowl with soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and corn starch. Mix well and marinate for 10 minutes. Chop the scallions, separating the white and green parts.
  2. Heat a tablespoon of neutral oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add marinated chicken thighs and sauté for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Add the white parts of the scallions and stir for 2 minutes until softened.
  4. Stir in the green parts of the scallions for about 1 minute, then serve immediately.
  5. Plate the scallion chicken and serve with steamed rice or stir-fried noodles.
