- Grease the slow cooker with non-stick spray or oil.
- Add beef and potatoes to the slow cooker.
- Mix tomato paste, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil, and garlic in a bowl, then pour over meat and potatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
- 15-30 minutes before serving, cover with foil and add asparagus or green beans on top.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
