Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, aiming for 375°F to 400°F. Close the grill lid for 10 minutes.
  2. Carefully shuck your fresh oysters using an oyster knife and a towel for grip.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Whisk in minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Place the shucked oysters on the grill and spoon the garlic butter mixture atop each oyster. Grill for 5 to 7 minutes.
  5. Remove oysters from the grill and serve with a garnish of chopped parsley, lemon wedges, and crusty bread.
