Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat for 2-3 minutes until it’s very hot.
  2. Whisk together soy sauce, honey, vinegar, cornstarch, chili, and water in a small bowl until smooth.
  3. Add oil to the hot pan, then sear the sliced beef for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  4. Toss minced garlic and ginger in the same pan and stir for about 30 seconds.
  5. Add bell peppers, snap peas, and carrots and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until crisp-tender.
  6. Return the beef to the pan along with the prepared sauce and stir continuously until thickened.
  7. Drizzle sesame oil, toss everything together, top with spring onions, and serve immediately.
