Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the fresh corn kernels, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, cilantro, and feta cheese.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
