Preparation Steps
- In a medium bowl, pour in ½ cup of heavy whipping cream alongside ¼ cup of pink lemonade mix. Beat the mixture for about 2-3 minutes until soft, fluffy peaks form.
- In a tall glass, add 2 tablespoons of pink lemonade mix into 1½ cups of cold water. Stir thoroughly until the lemonade powder is fully dissolved.
- Fill the glass with ice to chill the lemonade base and mix well to combine the ice with the lemonade.
- Spoon the fluffy whipped topping generously over the chilled lemonade base in the glass.
- Optionally, garnish with a slice of lemon or colorful straw. Serve immediately.
